Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Akil Digital handles information in connection with Micro-Series Studio, Micro-Series Studio Pro, the related sales pages, buyer activation, licensing, and support.
Information we receive
When you purchase through WarriorPlus, WarriorPlus may send Akil Digital purchase and licensing information needed to fulfill and manage access. This can include your buyer name, buyer email address, sale identifier, product/item identifier, payment status, and integration event identifiers.
When you activate or use protected buyer access, our licensing system stores access records such as entitlement status, a one-way license hash and license last four characters, device/session records, and security/audit events. For abuse protection, client/IP identity may be represented by a one-way pseudonymous hash rather than stored as a raw address.
Your creative project data
Micro-Series Studio creative project data is designed to remain in your browser's local storage unless you intentionally export, import, copy, or send that information elsewhere. Akil Digital does not operate cloud project storage for your story bible, character canon, episode plans, production outputs, visual outputs, publishing outputs, or Pro workspace content.
Episode Merger processes selected source clips in the browser. The source video clips you load into Episode Merger are not uploaded to Akil Digital servers as part of the normal merge workflow.
How we use information
- to verify purchases and provide or revoke product access;
- to generate and validate buyer licensing and secure sessions;
- to process refunds, disputes, revocations, and support actions;
- to protect activation and administrative systems from abuse;
- to diagnose access problems and provide customer support; and
- to maintain operational, security, and audit records.
Cookies and similar technologies
Protected buyer access uses a secure session cookie so the application can recognize an authenticated buyer session. WarriorPlus sales-page code may also use cookies or similar technologies for checkout, affiliate attribution, and sales-page tracking. WarriorPlus handles those technologies under its own policies.
Service providers
Micro-Series Studio uses third-party infrastructure and commerce services, including WarriorPlus for checkout, affiliate tracking, purchase notifications, and product delivery workflows, and Cloudflare for hosting, security, serverless functions, database infrastructure, and email routing. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
If you choose to use external AI, image, video, audio, publishing, or other services with prompts or outputs from Micro-Series Studio, your use of those services is governed by the privacy practices of the provider you choose.
Data sharing and sale
Akil Digital does not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when necessary to operate the product, process transactions, secure the service, provide support, comply with law, or protect legal rights.
Retention
Purchase, entitlement, support, security, and audit records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide access, administer refunds or disputes, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Sessions and device records may expire or be revoked as part of normal access management.
Your choices
You can clear browser-local Micro-Series Studio project data using your browser controls or the product's own project/reset functions. Before clearing local browser storage, export a JSON project backup if you want to preserve an editable project.
For questions about personal information, support records, or account access, contact [email protected]. Some purchase, accounting, fraud-prevention, or legal records may need to be retained even after an access or deletion request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Micro-Series Studio or its supporting services change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
